Dr. Henderson’s path began with service as a U.S. Army Officer, where he developed a foundation in resilience and mission-driven leadership. With a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and over 20 years of experience as a Chief Learning Officer, Principal Trainer, and Executive Coach, he has worked with organizations including Pfizer, the U.S. Navy, and Clorox, building leadership capacity and guiding teams through meaningful change. Through BOSS, LLC, he creates tailored coaching and consulting experiences that close the gap between aspiration and execution, focusing on emotional intelligence, cultural transformation, and sustainable growth.
