Meditation 4: The Nothing Space

I have realized recently that I have gotten out of the habit of mediating because of the strangeness of this self isolation, and also I have been focusing on creating these meditations.  I have forgot that I too am in need mindfulness and the state of mind, and perspective that it can bring to you.

There is a tranquility of mind that can be reached at least momentarily while becoming aware of awareness itself.  The ability to obtain a sort of tranquility can be a very powerful tool in these times of uncertainty, but also just for life in general.   Quiet honestly,  this is what I forgot about my own needs when I allowed myself to get out of the habit of meditating.  But I want you to remember this, because it is important in stressful times to not put judgment on your self.  Like while you are mediating, just recognize you were distracted and return your attention back to the present moment
