By their own admission they are both ridiculously under qualified to host a MMA podcast as neither of them have ever got in the cage!

They talk to fighters and famous fans about upcoming events and classic fights and they also have a regular feature called "Fight or Flight" where they have a celebrity guest who has never seen an MMA fight and they ask them to watch a classic fight and then discuss what they thought and if MMA is for them!
