This episode was one of my favorites because I got to chat with my team and hear more about their life as a TME designer. During the episode we talk about what it is like to create content for other people, specifically our clients. We discuss the challenges we face with creativity block and how we move past that. We also talk about how processes and how we have grown as a company and fine tuned some of our behind the scene processes to streamline our efforts. We talk about the importance of a strategy for our clients and the importance of sticking to that strategy. How to fill the gaps of a client strategy when they come to us with an almost complete marketing plan.
