Hey guys we’re back with another episode of The Mom Empire podcast! We are excited to get to chat with our new friend Erik Thornton a local Gallatin, TN Realtor.

We met Erik at a Gallatin Young Professionals Happy Hour event a few weeks ago and have since had lunch and chatted about all things real estate marketing. TME started a new division this year focusing on helping UK estate agencies grow their online presence by using American based marketing techniques and we were thrilled to pick Erik’s brain more about his real estate journey. Erik is a realtor yes, but has an entrepreneurial brain. He has helped start a business professionals group, called B3 that meets once a month to network and connect with other business professional in the community. 

During this episode we talk about the importance of working within your strengths for your business. We basically learn that Erik is a community marketing genius, even though he doesn't realize it. We love community marketing because it sets you and your business up to be the expert in your industry more organically. It gives your business a face, voice and personality helping you build your know, like and trust factor.
