During this episode, I sit down with my husband, Zachary Truesdell and we discuss our experience with working from home together. We talk about how we made the switch to full time work from home jobs while raising two kids. The topic of working from home and moving businesses into a hybrid schedule is all too relevant right now. One thing we discuss is how that looks for Zac's company, as well as what we are seeing with companies similar to ours. We chat about our thoughts on the hybrid or fully work from home movement in the workforce and how it can maybe save other companies money, resources, and create a more healthy working environment.
