Sylvie Gallant est une femme simple et dédier dans tout les projets qu'elle entreprend. Elle nous parle de sa preparation pour le Multisport Championship Pontevedra 2025 en Europe. On discute de son entraînement, de la gestion du décalage horaire, et de son expérience dans les compétitions.
Travaillant avec les enfants dans les écoles, elle a lancé une démarche pour introduire le « animal wellness therapy » à son l'école, un chien de therapy qui s'appelle Gypsie.
Avec une formation en éducation et membre de l’association naturopath du Canada, elle aide aussi les parents à mieux comprendre et gérer les besoins de leurs enfants. Bref, une personne pleine de ressources!
