November 17: Trump Scrubs the Files, the Movement Splits, and Why I Might Run Again
Trump is scrubbing the Epstein files, and he’s doing it in plain sight. Something is off — and even members of his own movement can see it. The party is splitting. Marjorie Taylor Greene and others are already looking for the exits. And here’s the thing: we should welcome every single person who leaves that cult. If they want out — take them. That’s how movements grow.
Meanwhile, Trump is so desperate he’s catering to Tucker Carlson and Nick Fuentes, men who openly promote Holocaust rhetoric and white nationalist ideology. That’s not a fringe — that’s the direction of today’s Republican Party. The “Groyper” movement isn’t just online anymore — it’s at the table. And Trump is eating out of their hands.
Then I talk a bit about my own next steps — I floated the idea of running again, and I was honestly overwhelmed by your responses. They humbled me. They made me think maybe it is time. Maybe the only way to fight power is to step back into the arena. More on that soon.
Because at the end of the day, democracy doesn’t work if good people walk away — and I refuse to let this moment belong to fascists, opportunists, and cowards.
