November 18: AI, the Economy, Epstein, and Trump’s King Lear Meltdown
Today we first talk about the economy, AI, and what America should be doing instead of chasing chaos. AI was supposed to make life better — more freedom, more creativity, more family time, not a race to exhaustion. If we don’t wake up and demand that the benefits of technology flow to people, not billionaires, we’re going to lose the most important thing we have left: time with each other.
And then… Trump. The man is flaming out. His own party is turning against him — MTG, others — and yes, they should be applauded for leaving. We may not like them, but sometimes we have to link arms with people we don’t love to stop someone who is dangerous. Trump is starting to look like King Lear wandering the wilderness, raging at shadows, blaming everyone but himself.
He’s now threatening to revoke ABC’s FCC licenses, amplifying his chairman’s bizarre rants on Twitter, and even floating retaliation against Seth Meyers . This is authoritarianism 101.
This is the same guy who wanted a ballroom built for Mark Zuckerberg, wants invade Nigeria and Venezuela, refuses to give you healthcare, and is hiding files from the public.
What has he done for you?
What has he done for working families?
What has he done for America?
