Hi besties, I'm sorry I went MIA again but a few weeks ago, I came across an interesting read that really shook me to my core & after some coxing & contemplation, I finally tried to make sense of it by relating it with my own life... Inherently, all of us draw boundaries now but we often make them more like brick walls than garden gates which only results in pushing people away, even the ones who really cared.

I hope it makes some sense & gets you to think about showing others & yourself some grace so we don't remain a lonely generation who stays "connected" through our devices but aren't really connected in real life. Have a listen <3
