Todays episode we have Anthony and Sara who started investing in real estate back when the CoVid 19 just started. While still working their full time jobs, they are buying houses to rent, flip, or even wholesale. This is allow them to scale at a faster pace than normal. We talked about how important a mentor can be to the success of your real estate journey. Anthony was a former college football and uses the same determination to get deals closed. While Sara is more of the numbers person and analyzing deals. Also the set a huge goal at the beginning of the year, I will just say 100k!!
