This week on The Nexus Podcast, I had the privilege of sitting down with Shraga Zaltzman.  

Shraga spent over a decade leading Work Avenue, where he helped hundreds of individuals identify their strengths, build new skills, and step into careers that brought purpose and stability into their lives.  

But his work went far beyond job placements. It was about restoring dignity, rebuilding confidence, and empowering people to take control of their future.  

Even after stepping back from his official role, Shraga remains a trusted voice for those seeking career direction or looking to grow their businesses.  

What makes this episode truly special is hearing how Shragas personal journey, facing personal difficulties from a young age,  to rebuilding from the ground up, became the very foundation for the work he’s done for so many others.
