I sit with a roasters panel on stage at the coffee festival called the Barcelona Coffee Awards. I’m not a roaster, but I got to ask some fun and sometimes tricky questions to Bogdan Georgesku with Mabó Coffee in Romania, Miguel Lamora with Atmans Coffee in Barcelona, and Daniela Nowitzki from Germany representing the roaster manufacturer Probat.
