Self care. We all know we should do it more but what stops us from relaxing and taking time to ourselves? Nurses devote their lives to caring for others so why is it so hard to take some time to ourselves? In this episode, we talk about our struggles and anxiety through nursing school and how we coped with it and also our struggles now as a nurse and what we do differently.
