Dr. Viola Pierce is the CEO and the founder of the VP Nursing Leadership, Training and Coaching. She has more than 25 years of experience in Nursing. The bulk of her nursing career has been spent in emergency medicine. Dr. Pierce is a John Maxwell certified speaker, coach and trainer. She has served as the President of the local Emergency Nurses Association, serves on the Advisory Committees for North Carolina Wesleyan and ECPI’s Nursing Programs.
