Let's talk about one of the compulsions I'm best at - rumination. This is one of the "silent killers" because only YOU can know whether or not you're ruminating. You need to be very honest with yourself to combat this compulsion, but it's so worth it because you gain so much more peace of mind and you get to enjoy living in the present moment rather than constantly being tortured by thoughts and worries about the past and the future.
