Episode 23: Fasting & Loose Skin

Losing weight is great but having to deal with loose skin is a headache!  What if you could lose weight with minimal loose skin left on your body? What???!!! Yes, it is possible to have minimal loose skin with weight loss. On this week’s episode Martie talks about the effects of losing weight through intermittent fasting and how using this healthy route to losing weight can help you not only lose the weight you’ve wanted to get rid of for so long but can also help you do it with minimal loose skin left lingering on your body. This is not an episode about how to not have loose skin, its an episode on how to reduce the amount of loose skin that you can end up having once you lose excess weight. If you lose weight, especially if its a lot of weight, you will have some loose skin but Martie talks about how going the intermittent fasting route to lose the weight can help you see less loose skin as you begin to drop those pounds!
