What is Ecotending?

I have a question in mind… What is Eco-tending?

With many bars and restaurants making a turn towards more eco-friendly practices in their establishments. Many have adapted towards serving paper or bio-degradable straws, many restaurants are practising fermenting items for longer usage for a product and many bartenders are looking for different ways to reduce wastage behind the bar and still produce amazing cocktails for their guest.
