As a Jamaican native, Brian has dedicated himself to creating a true patty experience, and along with Jade, their primary goal is to share this comfort food with those seeking a unique culinary experience.
Customers can enjoy the delicious flavors of their patties through various avenues, including curbside pickup fresh from their production room door (delivery is available on Skip the Dishes, Uber Eats, and DoorDash), weekend farmers markets and dozens of retail partners throughout the lower mainland. Additionally, their patties can be conveniently purchased online through Spud.ca and Fresh Prep.
