He's known for his 3am motivational workout videos, health tips, pushing himself and his clients to the limit, and also his sense of humor. In this episode we discuss Jeremiah's life being born in Kansas, a military child and playing sports. We deep dive into a very dark time in Jeremiah's life when he was battling depression, and mental illness that left him hospitalized. We walk through that and the moment everything changed in his life forever.
