This is Episode #3 of the performance exchange podast. In this Episode we have Ellie-May Storr an aspiring HCPC sport and exercise psychologist, currently enrolled on the Qualification in Sport and Exercise Psychology (QSEP)


Your host Alex, is a performance physiologist a PhD Research looking at all things Critical Power and W' modelling.


Ellie is our third guest on the podcast and I could not have enjoyed it more. Ellie takes us through some of the challenges she faces with athletes and as a practitioner. How reflective practice is key is so many areas and she guides us through what psychological performance support actually looks like.
