10 things I've been doing to clear brain fog (and work 3 hours a day)

If your days feel like: decent sleep, decent intentions… and a brain that still won’t boot properly - sames.

In this week's episode, I talk through what’s been helping me feel sharper and calmer, so I can do meaningful work in the few focused hours I do have (I've cut this down to 3) and still feel like me.
