We discussed the growing trend of brands hiring data-savvy NAM's and what that means for future job seekers and employers. In my experience, the data-savvy NAM's want to know what happened, and the non-data-savvy NAM wait to hear what happened.
From today's conversation, it's becoming very apparent that the more data-savvy the account manager is, the easier it is for them to find their next role and the more successful they will be at it.
