**TW: Miscarriage, Suicide**

Welcome to another BONUS episode. I have been going through some things and I needed to talk about them, not just to tell you the story but because of all the lessons I have learned going through this experience.

Last week, I miscarried for the 6th time (not in a row, I do have 3 living children). With every miscarriage I have learned tremendous lessons and evolved as a person. This one is no different.

What I have learned this time about trust, loss, feeling grief and understanding success has been true medicine for me and I couldn't wait to share it with you, especially how it relates to having to recover from narcissistic type relationships and using that experience to fuel the big things you are manifesting.

Part of me creating my family means, at least for me, experiencing a lot of loss. Part of creating the big results I am creating in my business means integrating the losses of my life. What do your losses mean for you? Hopefully this episode will inspire you to be less afraid of the inevitable losses of life and to keep making big moves toward what you are creating.
