Bec Hardgrave is a breath of fresh air... she makes healthy living fun and I LOVE THAT! I've always struggled to stay consistent with dieting, healthy eating, and habit tracking, but, after speaking with Bec and seeing what she posts on TikTok and Instagram, I'm realising that strict dieting isn't necessarily the only way to a healthier lifestyle.

This podcast episode was all about improving the 80% (hard work and healthier living) without sacrificing the 20% (pleasure foods and fun). I had such a great time chatting with Bec up in Brisbane and this episode has turned out better than I ever could have imagined! I just know you'll all learn as much as I did and walk away with the same amazing impression of Bec, eager to learn more!
