Botrytis in the vineyard and winery Last week we talked about the potential problems with spray residue.  There is an alternative, of course: not spraying. What’s the catch?  This week we discuss botrytis by following two different kinds of grapes from the vineyard to the winery.  Below are some pictures from our trip. A cluster of grapes that has been infected with botrytis. These Noiret grapes don't have any noticeable disease.
