Dave works for MGH in their Sports Med Department primarily with Athletes and shares career advice on how to get the most out of your first decade of practice. Learn what he would have told his new grad self, and what advice he has for young PTs today.   A graduate of Northeastern University, David is an expert clinician in orthopedic physical therapy with more than a decade of clinical experience. David is recognized by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties as a Clinical Specialist in orthopedics and has earned the designation of Fellow by the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. Throughout his career David has demonstrated a passion for lifelong learning, by completing both a post-graduate residency at the Institute for Orthopedic Manual Therapy and a fellowship in orthopedic manual therapy at Boston University.   David began his career in private practice where he marketed and managed the opening of a denovo clinic. He has also served as a clinical instructor for physical therapy students. David is active in his alumni community and served as Chair of the Young Alumni Advisory Board in 2021–2022. David and his wife Vanessa enjoy travel, fine dining, rooting for New England teams, and spending time with their rescue cat and dog.
