With South Africa having received its first batch of the Covid-19 vaccine, the Commission takes time to look at the manner in which the country has responded to the pandemic. We analyse the initial responses and the successes that came with it. As is the case, we also look at how things went south for the administration and also reveal some shocking numbers relating to what has been spent in the procurement of PPE (personal protective equipment). The spirit of ranting and rumbling finds its way into this episode as we try capture the collective frustration that has resulted from all the limitations on our freedoms.
