The Commission discusses the South African Security Apparatus . The SSA, SAPS and SANDF take Center stage , looking at the ministers who lead these departments. As well as the management and mishandling of these portfolios were exacerbated by the civil unrest. Excuses are given by leaders, but nonetheless no solutions are presented . The Commission comes up with solutions , be it building a wall, creating the ministry of Transparency, conscription and mass employment. Using the military to pump money into the economy . Solutions were presented timely and it makes one ponder , what are government actors doing .
