Between the Buried and Me’s Dan Briggs: The Blue Nowhere, Jamie King, Inside Out Music, and the Vocabulary of Reaction

I sat down with Dan Briggs, bass player for Between the Buried and Me, to talk about their new album The Blue Nowhere.

We got into the creative process, the band’s history with Jamie King, and how small ideas can grow into big moments on a BTBAM record.

Dan also shared thoughts on joining Inside Out Music and seeing a label as a true curator, memories of touring with The End, and building his vocabulary of reaction.
