017: Adrenal Fatigue What it is and How to Heal it

If you’ve ever hit a wall of exhaustion you can’t sleep, eat, or coffee your way out of—this episode is for you.


Today, I’m talking about one of the most misunderstood conditions in modern health: adrenal fatigue. While some doctors still insist it “doesn’t exist,” more than 80% of people are living with some level of adrenal dysfunction—and many don’t even realize it.


This episode is deeply personal to me because I’ve experienced adrenal burnout twice: once before my cancer diagnosis and again during recovery. Both times, I had to rebuild my system from the ground up. What I learned is that adrenal fatigue isn’t a sign of weakness—it’s your body’s way of saying, “I can’t keep up with the pace you’re asking me to.”
