LOVE & PAIN. Ep: 53 - NO BLAME, HOPE REMAINS.

January 9, 2022. (Original Post Date)

Welcome back to The Real Talk Podcast. In today’s episode I express some of the hardships that come with that on-again, off-again relationship you’ve been balancing for a while. I talk about some of the areas in which I’ve come up short in my approach to expression and being honest about my feelings because of a certain fear that comes with that. Going on to talk about how our “logic” can be misled by our feelings, leaving us confused with what path is right for us. Everyone has an opinion on love, we speak to what we know and what we’ve experienced and these are some of the thoughts that have crossed my mind in situations similar to this. No hard decision ever truly feels like the right one, we just do our best to proceed with life and occupy what is potentially no longer there. Listen until the end of the episode to hear my advice on living our genuine truth and how beneficial that can be to a healthy future. Thank you for listening and continuing to encourage me to be open and honest about Mental Health and all that comes with it in our everyday lives.
