You’ll hear how to:


Shift your training from “4 sessions a week or nothing” to a realistic 2–3 sessions or even 1


If you’re just starting, aim for 1–2 sessions, not 4 — so you actually stick to it


Drop the pressure of 10k steps and work in a realistic 6–8k range during winter


Keep moving forward without the guilt, stress, or all-or-nothing mentality
