Thanksgiving Special: Why Gratitude Leads to Happyness
Happy Thanksgiving! And we want to thank you all for being an amazing audience!  We are so grateful to each person who has taken time to listen, engage, and give us feedback.  As you know, this is not our full-time gig -  its really just a fun hobby that John, Max, and I do - to discuss the topics that we feel are relevant for people in our world today.  We hope that this podcast has cleared some of the clutter, the noise, and the half-truths in our world today around following Jesus.   In this episode we discuss how showing gratitude leads to greater happiness.  In fact, being thankful and grateful is a key aspect of being a Christ follower.   Please follow along by subscribing and it would mean a lot to give us a 5-star rating in the Apple Podcasts reviews.  Thank you! -Aaron, John, and Max Research Cited in this Podcast: https://www.health.harvard.edu/healthbeat/giving-thanks-can-make-you-happier http://www.psychology.hku.hk/ftbcstudies/refbase/docs/emmons/2005/57_Emmons+Kneezel2005.pdf Want to be involved in Boxes of Love at Friends Church?
