I’ve always believed that not all sales roles are created equal. Depending on the various factors such as the market conditions, GTM strategy from the management & even down to the territory you have, this can affect your sales performance.
As salespeople, though we try not to focus on those uncontrollable factors, we can’t deny that those factors can affect our quota attainment, and could potentially affect our career advancement.
