As the Commissioner, Director of Ocean Integrity at Ocean Integrity Group, I lead a global organization that aims to reduce ocean plastic pollution and create positive social impact. We partner with the commercial fishing industry, local communities and governments to implement our patented technology that collects and recycles plastic waste from the oceans while providing economic opportunities and empowerment for the indigenous people in developing countries.
Before joining Ocean Integrity Group in May 2023, I founded and led Oceans Integrity, a company that shares the same vision and mission. Under my leadership, Oceans Integrity won multiple awards, secured a large contract with a major fishing corporation, and expanded its operations to four continents. I am also a speaker and mentor, sharing my expertise and insights on sustainability, innovation, and social entrepreneurship with various audiences and platforms. I have a high school diploma from Dungarvan CBS, where I developed my core competencies in new business development, process improvement, and social networking. I am passionate about ocean conservation and making a difference in the world.
