In today’s episode, I’m sharing something I’ve been practicing lately—what it means to stop fighting how I feel, and instead move with gentle acceptance.
I talk about two moments from my own life: waking up early when I feel so tired, and navigating those parenting moments when my son does something I wish he wouldn’t. In both cases, I’ve learned that resisting my feelings only makes them heavier.
The shift comes when I accept exactly where I am—tired, grumpy, sad, unmotivated—and still honor the decisions I’ve made for the life I want to live. Not by covering it up with fake positivity, but by saying, this is me right now… and I’m still going to do my best.
It’s about making decisions from the version of you you’re becoming, and then meeting the present moment with compassion.
Thank you for listening, and for walking this path alongside me. 💛
