In today’s episode, I talk about the glass balls and the rubber ones — the things in life we can drop for a while and pick up again, and the ones that truly can’t be replaced.
Some things will bounce back — routines, small habits, tasks that can wait. But the glass balls? Those are your relationships, your dreams, your self-trust, your health, your purpose. If you drop them, they can crack. You might be able to glue them together again, but they’ll never be quite the same.
I share my reflections on how to recognize your own glass balls and what it means to protect them, even when life feels full. I also talk about the “Eat That Frog” mindset — doing the hard thing first, the one that pushes you forward and out of your comfort zone — and about the power of getting back up one more time than you fall.
Because it’s not about never slipping. It’s about knowing what truly matters, and choosing to keep catching what counts. 💛
