In today’s episode, I’m exploring something I think so many of us wrestle with:
What version of you gets to make decisions?
I talk about the inner conflict that happens when one part of us makes an aligned decision—from clarity, vision, or purpose—and then another version wakes up tired, overwhelmed, or doubtful… and breaks that decision.
It’s easy to feel like we’re failing ourselves. But what if the real issue is that we’re letting the wrong version of us make the call in that moment?
The truth is: there are many versions of you. But only one of them is leading you where you truly want to go. The key is to make decisions from her—and then help all the other versions follow through.
This episode is a gentle, honest reflection on self-leadership, identity, and honoring the you that you’re becoming.
Thanks for being here with me. 💛
