Jade Busola has built a remarkable career in A&R, previously holding roles at some of the biggest labels including 0207 Def Jam, EMI Records, and Atlantic, where she signed artists you already know and love. Today, she manages Grammy-nominated producer ThisizLondon, develops emerging talent, and has launched her own music management and publishing company, Rogue Collective.
