Some movies were blockbusters at the time, but when you watch them now, you wonder what people were thinking. In a new series of videos we’ll be trying to do once a month, Linsay and Genevieve break down movies that would never get made nowadays. First up, is 2004’s “Troy,” starring Brad Pitt. Boy oh boy does this movie have problems. First of all, for a movie that claims to be based on the epic poem “The Iliad”, (something virtually every child had to read in high school), it completely failed to follow said book. Written by David Benioff, perhaps after re-watching this, the abysmal final season of Game of Thrones makes more sense. For the rest of our thoughts, check out the episode and of course let us know what you think in the comments.
