What an honor it was to get a class athlete and inspiration in Garrett to jump on the podcast and speak about his experience with running and also growing up playing many other sports like Soccer and Lacrosse! In this episode you can hear about his adjustment to Division 1 running with college academics, his experiences with coaching at each level of running he has performed at, as well as his take of the historic Cal vs. Stanford rivalry on the sports field.
