After a long break from having Garrett on the show, we are glad to hear from him once again as he has inducted himself into the Sub-4 club for the mile and recapped us on the Golden Bears cross-country and indoor track season. In addition, we also looked ahead to some bigger team and personal goals heading into this outdoor track season.
