I can hear you say “YES” with a smile on your face, which is a good thing because we are taking a time off today, to play one of our favorite childhood game called “ROCK, PAPER, SCISSORS” and let’s see what we can learn from it.
Most of you are familiar with the rules but if you don’t know it, stay calm because it is very simple. All you need to know is that; Rock beats scissors, scissors beats paper and paper beats rock. So am going to call “ROCK, PAPER, SCISSOR” and you are going to choose one of the three and let’s see who wins.

Which are: Number
1. One solution can’t be used to solve every problem. When you have a paper problem you need a scissor solution which at the same time can be ineffective when it comes to a Rocky issue.
2. Because your idea is not appreciated by a set of people doesn’t make it stupid. All you need to do is to find those who need it and watch the magic happen.
3. Finally, a musician can never dominate in a hospital and so with a doctor in a concert. All you need to do is find where your gifts are needed and become a solution there.

Hey guys, today I want to talk to you about something very close to my heart. This is what I cherish so so much, something very popular and at the same time so wrongly understood by many people.
I know you are very anxious to know what this is all about.
It is what we all call PAIN.
Yes, you heard it right, just as you know it to be, it is pain.
Whenever the word is pronounced, the first thing that comes to most minds is negativity, to some point it makes them feel yucky. Listen it shouldn’t be so, pain it is one of the most positive words I have known to exist in the English vocabulary.
Think about success, winning, growth, wealth, celebration, happiness, comfort, influence, just about anything that makes you a BETTER VERSION OF YOURSELF and you have to think about PAIN.
It is like the growth factor that produces all of the best things in life.
Winning comes from a point of intense commitment infuse with pain. When it hurt most that is when it matters most. Pain tells you that you up to something extraordinary, something that can change your world.
Embrace pain if you want to live the best life possible because it doesn’t last forever. It is just temporary.
Remember, what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.
