On this week's episode we speak to Sharon Stokes and Darryl Moulton, who are the founders of Pop Choir, Australia’s largest community choir, who recently released a powerful new single ‘Stronger Than Blood’ to raise awareness of Parkinson’s disease and funds for Shake It Up. The song honours Sharon’s father, Len, who lived with Parkinson’s and Lewy Body Dementia.
