Sheletta is fighting spiders in rooms she doesn't use, is 2026 the year to move?
Sheletta is thinking about downsizing her living space, she just doesn’t need as much space as she has. Her friend, Michael Roberts with Roberts Properties joins the show to discuss what the Twin Cities housing market could look like in 2026. Michael calls the Twin Cities a “strategy market” rather than a buyers/sellers market. Date the rate and marry the home he says. Sheletta asks what happens to the market right after the holidays and what jumps out to him. Michael says that there’s a singularity to the Twin Cities market compared to those across the country.
