In this episode I have shared the structure and the working style of the biggest intergovernmental organisation in the world, the United Nations Organization. It was established in the year 1945 and the term United Nation was coined by Franklin D. Roosevelt, the former American President. Today total 193 States along with two Observer States are there as members of this powerful organisation. There are 6 different Organs af the United Nations and the one that has got the maximum power, is the United Nations Security Council. I have shared the way of working of these organs. Also tried to highlight the position of India and it’s role to this organization since beginning.
