Dying Matters is a campaign run by the charity, Hospice UK. Hospice UK work with organisations, decision makers and the public to make things better for people who are dying or grieving. The hardest conversations are often the most important and here we talk about some of the jargon you might come across, having a take-away at a hospice and the ‘brutiful’ (beautiful and brutal) reality of fighting for a good death.
