We explore key aspects of sleep hygiene and consider how effective different sleep tips may be. We consider pre-sleep screen use in detail. The Sleep Well project is presented, demonstrating evidence that sleep hygiene can improve not only sleep quality but also wellbeing.


Guest Claire Earley from The Sleep Charity explains how a regular routine, supper and screen use can affect sleep in children, in particular, and we learn how to commit to improving our own sleep.
