- David Bagnall has worked in a variety of Youth Work and Social Care settings. Currently a Social Care Leader with Tusla, the Child and Family Agency in Ireland. He is the parent of a visually impaired son and is an advocate for Human Rights-based Approach in Health and Social Care Services; Participation, Accountability, Non-discrimination and Equality, Empowerment and Legality.
